VENTZ - air force for bikers

Ventz is an ingenious venting system designed to reduce the build up of heat under motorcycle jackets.

Whether touring in hot climates, commuting into work in the heat of summer or simply riding for pleasure on a sunny day, heat can quickly build up to very uncomfortable levels under riding gear, with the potential for dehydration. Even mild dehydration causes symptoms of dizziness or light-headedness, headache and tiredness, any of which could have serious consequences for the rider trying to control a bike.

Ventz is a self-contained air intake module that is inserted into the cuff of a rider's jacket. It has a flexible clip to secure the device in position and is designed  to work with both leather and textiles of various thickness. The inner profile is designed to accelerate the airflow and the rear section is made of an elastomer material to be comfortable against the skin. At 30mph the Ventz delivers 75.5 litres of air into the jacket every minute, increasing proportionately to 151 litres per minute at 60mph.

Testing reveals that the average internal temperature inside a rider's clothing rose by 5° C to 29° C during a ride of just 14 minutes. Following the insertion of Ventz, after 10 minutes the internal clothing temperature dropped by over 25% to 22° C. Patented and European design protected, Ventz was scientifically developed to greatly reduce the uncomfortable side effects of riding in warm weather.

WEISE up for sunshine and showers

Weise means “wise” in German and the new Air Spin Evo cleverly combines the latest materials and technology to create a versatile jacket to suit a variety of seasons and climates, come rain or shine.

Air mesh panels on the front, back and along the inside of the arms allow maximum ventilation in the heat, with tough 500 denier fabric along the outside of the arms and over the shoulders for durability. New: WEISE® Onyx Three-Season Jacket

Designed for riders who prefer a more European style and fit, the new WEISE® Onyx three season jacket features a soft touch outer shell, an offset zip and a tailored cut for a continental look.

Adjustable vents on the chest, forearms and across the back, a removable ISOTEX waterproof and breathable inner, and a detachable 140-gram thermal quilted liner make it a true three-season garment; the wearer can tailor the Onyx to the conditions.
